A lysergamide derivative with an ergoline backbone, 1D-LSD is an LSD prodrug and 1V-LSD analogue. Given that it is an LSD prodrug, it likely shares many psychedelic characteristics with LSD-25 as well as other LSD prodrugs such as 1cP-LSD and 1P-LSD, also likely sharing a similar mechanism of action. A prodrug is essentially an inactive compound that becomes active upon ingestion due to chemical reactions through metabolisation.
1D-LSD Effects
While it is still early in the lifespan of 1D-LSD, initial reports suggest very similar effects to 1V-LSD and LSD-25. However, some key differences seem to distinguish 1D-LSD from other lysergamides.
The main differences we’ve so far ascertained are:
- Shorter/faster onset – 1D-LSD seems to take around 30-60 minutes for the full effects to take hold. Compared to 1-2 hours for 1cP-LSD and LSD-25.
- Consistency – Many researchers have reported that 1D-LSD produces more consistent and reproducible results, which may make it especially suited for microdosing or therapeutics.
- Shorter Duration – Reports show that 1D-LSD has a shorter duration even than 1V-LSD, which already had a short duration of around 6-8 hours when compared to the longer durations of 1cP-LSD and LSD-25 that run closer to 10-12 hours.
- Potency – The potency of 1D-LSD appears comparable to 1V-LSD.
Why the faster onset?
It’s speculated that the fast onset could be explained by the highly-strained 1,2-dimethylcyclobutane group, enabling faster metabolism and hydrolysis to LSD in-vivo.
Microdosing with 1D-LSD?
As an LSD prodrug, 1D-LSD is expected to work very similarly to 1P-LSD, 1cP-LSD and others when it comes to microdosing. If you’re interested in learning more about microdosing, you can check out our in-depth guide here.

Die Blotter sind sauer/bitter! Es hat eine Stunde gedauert bis die Wirkung eingetroffen ist und das High ging insgesamt 10-12 Stunden. Erfahrenen LSD-Usern empfehle ich jedoch lieber 225 ug Blotter zu nehmen.

Ich habe 2x 2 Blotter bestellt, wovon leider nur 3 ankamen, dafür aber sehr schnell innerhalb weniger Werktage. Bei meinem ersten 150mcg Blotter habe ich einige Stunden gewartet und keine Wirkung bemerkt – es sollte auch dazu gesagt werden, dass ich bisher keinerlei Erfahrungen mit psychoaktiven Substanzen, außer Cannabis gemacht habe, sodass von einer Toleranz eigentlich nicht auszugehen ist. Nach etwa zwei Stunden entschied ich mich dazu, den 2. Blotter zu probieren. Auch hier wieder einige Zeit gewartet, jedoch blieb die Wirkung aus. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass ich die Blotter richtig verwendet habe (da mir ein Kumpel. der mehr Erfahrungen mit LSD hat, ein paar Tipps gegeben hat). Alles in Allem kann ich sagen, dass der Versand super lief (bis auf das mit den 3 Blottern, obwohl ich 4 bestellt hatte), die Wirkung von dem LSD habe ich jedoch nicht bemerken können. Vielleicht liegt das einfach an mir oder daran, dass ich Monatsprodukte erwischt habe, ich weiß es nicht.

Ich habe nun 112,5 mcg 1V-LSD mit 112,5 mcg 1D-LSD verglichen (drinnen): 1. Wirkeintritt: Gefühlt 1D etwas verzögerter trotz sublingual 10-15min 2. Intensität: Beides ziemlich intensiv, würde nicht sagen dass 1D weniger visuell ist – aber auf eine etwas andere Art und Weise stark visuell präsent. 3. Dauer: Beides ca 12 Stunden allerdings denke ich, dass es bei 1V spürbarer abgeklungen ist. Würde beides wieder bestellen *THUMB UP*

(bei vorherigen Erfahrungen hat es nur 30-60 Minuten gedauert, also KEIN schnellerer Wirkungseintritt hier) Die Wirkung war angenehm und mit “normalem” Acid vergleichbar, jedoch mit weniger Visuals/Farbänderungen. Chosed delivery from my own country so shipping was fast, PPL courier brought me an envelope and nothing was suspicious about the package. (Lol if he knew what was inside). Tabs are in non transparent zip sacks. I got as a gift lsd card and some cute stickers. I have to admit i did like 1D the least. It starts working maybe sooner than 1cp or 1v but i wpuld choose these two instead. Price of 1cp or 1v is higher but there goes the quality with it. Peak does much better effwct than 1D.
